Where it runs
Sellers quoting configured products from a catalogue with tiered pricing and discount policy
Sales & quoting
Why it exists
Quoting lives in spreadsheets and inboxes. Sellers do not reliably know the current catalogue, tier multipliers, family discount caps or who signs off — so a confident wrong price goes out and approval gets skipped.
What it does
Six skills sit behind one agent: pricing and renewals, discount rules and approval routing, proposal and workbook generation. Every price cites the rule and row that produced it. A discount above the seller's authority is named, banded and routed — the agent drafts the approval, never grants one, and never emails a customer without an explicit yes.
What changed
- Quotes priced from the live catalogue, with the rule cited
- Discounts validated against family caps and authority bands
- Approvals routed and drafted, never skipped or self-granted
- Word proposal at net prices plus an internal Excel workbook with live formulas
