We came from the largest Microsoft partners in the world, where we watched AI adoption stall. Not for lack of technology, but because speed threatens a business model built on hours. So we started fresh in 2023 with the same expertise and none of the baggage.

Charm School is our cohort program for sharp, early-career people learning the Hummingbird way of AI-native consulting. Some arrive with deep AI or Microsoft chops; a class is selected and learns the craft together — running a room, writing so people act, handling the awkward conversation early rather than expensively. Not everyone joins a class; those who do come out ready to lead work, not just do it.
