The problem
Manual quoting is slow and inconsistent. Buyers wait days for pricing that should take minutes, and two people quoting the same build can land on two different numbers.
What we built
A guided wizard and a conversational agent share one engine: the same catalogue, the same deterministic pricing, the same documents. Buyers design and price a build, upload a competitor quote for a grounded comparison, and receive the branded PDF by email. The model handles conversation, extraction and narrative — pricing is code, never the model.
What changed
