Why it exists

What it does
Every question runs the same three-layer check — primary legal source, regulatory rulings, then internal policy — and returns a structured answer: legal position, regulatory check, internal policy, compliance assessment, recommended action. Wording is quoted verbatim, never paraphrased. Where policy sits under the law, the conflict is flagged and the law governs. Personal matters escalate to an HR partner rather than being answered.
