Project coordination lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and heads. Status is always slightly out of date, dependencies get missed, and someone spends their week chasing people instead of running the work.
What we built
The agent reads the plan and incoming updates, works out what changed, rewrites the activity schedule with owners and dates, and prompts the right person when something is at risk. Coordinators review and approve rather than re-type.
